Not all people who cook "Soul Food" are black. I love your site, but I am an old white southern lady, who grew up eating good southern food, aka Soul Food. Most of your recipes are the ones I learned from my mother and continue to use daily. Keep up the good work! We may convert the world to southern cooking yet.
