Quick and Easy Dip Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 large bunch of green onions, chopped
  • 1/8 cup fresh milk
  • 16 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon crystals or 1 cube crushed into powder
  • 1 teaspoon beef bouillon crystals or 1 cube crushed into powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dash Worcestershire sauce

Recipe Instructions:

First let me say this onion dip is very easy to prepare.

  1. Start off by adding your green onions and milk to a blender, and blend well until smooth. Next place cream cheese in a medium bowl and using a hand blender blend until mixture becomes smooth.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients consisting of crushed chicken and beef bouillon cubes, garlic powder, salt/pepper to taste and Worchester Sauce.
  3. Blend complete dip mixture well, taste and adjust seasoning as required. We recommend refrigerating the dip for a minimum of 4 hours before serving.

Serve this dip with your favorite raw vegetables. If you'd like to, you can also serve the dip with crackers.
