Delicious, Great Tasting
Low Fat Smoothie Recipes
Yes, low fat smoothie recipes can be great tasting and delicious as well.
Best of all you can whip up a low fat (almost no fat) smoothie shake in minutes using fresh or frozen fruits, along with some simple ingredients
like milk, orange juice and ice cubes.
That being said if you're always busy, want to eat right, but never have time to prepare something nutritious, now is the time to make it happen.
Below are three of the most requested smoothie recipes that are low in fat. Go ahead, give each one a try in the next few days and I'm sure you'll be
pleasantly surprised and will soon live by smoothies as a nutritious and healthy replacement for meals.
Strawberry Banana Breakfast Smoothie
1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
4 plump strawberries
1/2 cups skim milk
1/2 cup apple juice
Add first banana, strawberries, mil and apple juices to clean blender. Turn on blender and blend well until desired consistency is reached.
Pour into glass and drink immediately. This is one of my most favorite low fat smoothie recipes.

Banana Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie
2 bananas, peeled and sliced
1/2 cups blueberries
1 cup plain yogurt
For awesome results I recommend the follow. First peel and slice your bananas and place them in a bowl covered with a lid or plastic wrap. Place
the bowl in the freezer and allow the bananas to freeze solid (this is something you can do the night before).
When you are ready to prepare your smoothie, remove frozen bananas from the freezer and place into a cleaned blender, add blueberries on top and then
spoon in yogurt. Turn on blender and blend well until desired consistency is achieved. Pour into glass and drink immediately.
