It's Possible
by Greg
Round Brown
I'm not really sure. I've been trying to diet on and off for almost ten years now. I start great, motivated ready to move on and lose weight. The diet starts off and I'm doing okay but by the second month I want the flavor of food I used to get. I tried cutting back the intake but only found out I would eat more on the weekends than throughout the week. Yes I've lost some by just cutting beef, pork and soda but Thanksgiving is here and Christmas is around the corner. I will have to have one piece of ham at least and possibly some chitterlings for Christmas and oh my God the sweets go on for days.... I have a general love for the taste of food.
