I Got to Lose Weight But Dieting Does Not Work

by Mariann Beard-Goss

I have tried all the pills, drinks and gimmicks that the world had to offer. It just never worked for me until I tried eating right and exercising and then that only worked for so long because I was never one for exercise. So back came the pounds now I have a jump rope and now my hand is messed up and I can't twirl it so I just walk but I need more of a workout than what I am currently doing. I am still 237 lbs wet or dry and would like help with getting rid of about 80 lbs. Please help!

Losing Weight

As a weightloss counselor, I come across many individuals just like you, who feel that nothing will work and that all diets will fail them.

If you are interested in dieting, which would include healthy eating and a structured meal plan, I can assist you. Please email me at [email protected] for more information.

P.S. I am a weightloss counselor NOT a sales representative. I will not try to sell you anything!

How to lose weight
by: Anonymous

Keep a food journal and record the calories.
Make sure you document everything you eat and drink into a diet journal. Make sure to limit all simple sugars (fruit, etc.) after 6pm. Your insulin levels are very sensitive at night and it will be much easier to store extra fat if you consume sugars later in the day.

Stick with lean protein and non-starchy carbs. A great meal would be a grilled chicken breast salad with romaine lettuce, sliced cucumbers and a little balsamic vinaigrette dressing. You could also opt for a nice chicken breast/veggie stir fry. Throw some broccoli, mushrooms and chicken into a stir fry pan with a touch of soy sauce. This makes a great meal for later in the day!

You might want to check with your doctor and get a thyroid test. Tell him/her what you are doing to lose weight. He/she could give you more advice.

Best of luck to you.
