How to Make Ribs in the Oven

Thought I'd try my hand at cooking ribs in the oven since the weather outside is cold and miserable not allowing me to use my barbecue grill outside. Does anyone know how to make ribs in the oven that turn out real tender? I've heard that oven baked ribs can be very tasty and would love to learn how to bake them.
