I would like to know how to make giblet gravy. We use to have this every Christmas and Thanksgiving holiday, but now the Aunt who made the giblet gravy is no longer alive.

Its my family tradition as well to cook giblet gravy during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. I just can't imagine eating corn bread dressing without pouring thick rich gravy on top.
