  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

Mix ingredients for 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour smoothie into drinking container and enjoy.

Cherry and Chocolate Smoothie

For a sweet and delicious cherry chocolate smoothie add the following ingredients to your blendera

  • 3 bananas
  • 2 cups cherries
  • 2 cups chocolate soy milk (or regular milk)

Mix ingredients for a total of 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour smoothie into glass and enjoy.

Strawberry and Chocolate Smoothie

Add the following ingredients to your blender for a smooth and creamy strawberry chocolate smoothie drink.

  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup plain vanilla yogurt

Mix all of the ingredient for 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour smoothie drink into a chilled glass and enjoy.
