I am considered by many to be a good cook. Recently I started dating an African American women who loves soul food and I was wonder if someone could help me in learning how to cook soul food?

Jenny, this website is for people just like you. My advise to you is find out exactly which soul foods your boyfriend likes and return to this site, print out the recipes, get into the kitchen and start cooking. Just search around the site and you'll find recipes for all the soul food favorites including fried chicken, collard greens, macaroni and cheese, chitterlings, chicken gizzards, neck bones, corn bread and pigs feet just to name a few.
