Baked Crab Legs

Here's the method I recommend for learning how to bake crab legs. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

While your oven is preheating, pour hot water into a shallow baking pan (1/8 inch in deep). Add two tablespoons butter, one tablespoon lemon juice and two teaspoons seasoning salt to the hot water and mix thoroughly.

Next, in a single layer, line the bottom of pan with crab legs. Cover the pan with some aluminum foil, place the pan in a preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.

Remove the pan from the oven and serve your baked crab legs with melted butter or cocktail sauce.
