So you want to know how to change all-purpose flour into self rising flour? Not having self rising flour is a common problem that most cooks encounter. You will need baking powder and salt in order to turn your all purpose flour into self rising flour.

Four each cup of self rising flour you want to convert add 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Just combine all of the dry ingredients in a container and mix thoroughly and presto you have just created self rising flour.
