Getting Healthy

I just want to get healthy.


I'll be 52 soon,a single mom with 65 extra pounds. I'd love to lose them and feel more alive.

I feel tired with low energy. I find comfort in food and I know I should drink more water.

I would love a plan that is satisfying and exercise that is fun and that I could do at home.

Help!!! Oh, and I'm hypertensive taking medication daily.
