I have been cooking corn fritters for years,these are basically fried corn bread mm mmm they are sooo good with a pot of soup beans, I am 44 and lived in Tennessee all my life, if anyone wants the recipe simply email me at [email protected], I make these plain and also with onions, if you love cornbread ya have to try these fritters!!!
