Honey Glazed Rotisserie Ham Hock

I usually add a honey glaze to my ham hocks and rotisserie them according to the instructions that came with my equipment. The results are awesome.

Ham Hock Rotisserie

Cook those ham hocks like little/miniature hams. Looking at my instruction manual, I would cook for 14 minutes per pound of ham hock meat. You should reference the instruction booklet that came with your rotisserie unit for a more accurate time.
