Quick and Easy Cole Slaw RecipeThe cole slaw recipe that follows is suitable for most social occasions including, barbecues, birthday parties, church gatherings, family gatherings, fish fries and picnics. This coleslaw recipe is also very simple to prepare and uses the following ingredients: cabbage, celery seed, chervil leaves, mayonnaise or salad dressing, sour cream, and seasoned salt. Herbed Coleslaw RecipeRecipe ingredients: 4 cups shredded cabbage, shredded Recipe instructions: Place shredded cabbage and chopped onion into a mixing bowl and lightly toss. Form the herbed sauce by mixing together the remaining ingredients in another bowl. Pour the herbed sauce over the cabbage and onion and toss well. The cole slaw should be served cold therefore, transfer your finished slaw to a serving bowl and refrigerate for about an hour. Just before serving sprinkle top of coleslaw with paprika.
