Quick, Easy & Healthy Coconut Smoothie Recipe

Put a coconut to good use with this coconut smoothie recipe.

I don't buy coconuts much but when I do I always try to save enough to make this cool & refreshing, delicious coconut smoothie drink.

If you really like coconuts, I assume you'll become a big fan of this smoothie recipe for sure, for many, many years to come. This recipe is low in calories as well.


Banana Coconut Smoothie

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled and chopped
  • 3-4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup milk

Recipe Instructions:

  1. To a clean blender, add bananas, vanilla ice cream, and milks. Cover blender with lid and blend well until mixture is smooth. This smoothie recipe contain ice cream so you'll want to drink this immediately.

Calories - 250
Carbs - 30 grams
Fat - 4 grams
Protein - 5 grams
