Let me introduce you to my chocolate pecan pie recipe. This recipe is for all of the ladies who love eating and are connoisseurs of chocolate. The chocolate pie recipe you'll find below is a family favorite during the holidays.
As such this has become one of our all-time favorite holiday recipes.
My wife gave me the idea of adding chocolate chips to my pecan pie recipe to create a delicious pie dessert that taste altogether different.
This is one of those desserts that you have to ration out to your family or dinner guest so that everyone who wants to, gets a taste of the pie.
A true story…my wife and son who both love to
eat chocolate have been known to fight over this sweet and tasty pie. I've cooked this pie over twenty time and have only had about three slices...a soon as I set this pie out it gets eaten up.
Enough about all of that, here is the recipe for your eating pleasure and enjoyment.

This pie really does taste great as a standalone dessert; however, if you’d like to take your dessert to the next level I have a suggestion. Try serving your pie topped with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. If you want to be even more adventurous pour a little bit of hot chocolate fudge on top of the ice cream…this will be a super sweet dessert.
