Quick and Easy Cheesy Macaroni RecipeThis cheesy macaroni recipe is a welcomed addition to your traditional baked macaroni recipe. The cheddar, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses along with oregano, basil and spiced diced tomatoes combine together for a delectable taste. Baked Macaroni RecipeRecipe Ingredients: 1 large can diced, spiced tomatoes Cooking Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl mix together diced tomatoes, oregano and basil, set aside.Next cook dry macaroni according to package direction. Once fully cooked rinse macaroni under running warm water, drain and pour into a casserole dish that has been lightly greased. Add cheddar and mozzarella cheeses to hot macaroni and blend until cheese is well melted. Mix in tomatoes and herbs, add salt and pepper to taste then sprinkle Parmesan over the top. Bake on center oven rack at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve this macaroni recipe with your favorite meat such as meatloaf or fried chicken.
