With the way this economy is now, we need to get the biggest bang for our bucks. I am no longer loyal to any one grocery store. I shop for the best deals, where ever they may be. I try to catch stores that offer buy one, get one free deals on pork chops, chicken, fish, even shrimp and other items. If it's on my grocery list and I need it, I buy the deal; leave one out to use now, label the other, and put it in the freezer for a rainy day. This is like getting free money. Just make sure that you know what the regular/normal price is so that you can watch out for gimmicks.
