Very Berry - Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

This blueberry smoothie recipe, is always a hit with the family. This recipe also ranks up there as one of my favorite berry smoothie recipes.

Like similar blackberry, strawberry and raspberry smoothie recipes, this blueberry fruit smoothie recipe can be prepare with fresh or frozen berries. As for me, when blueberries are in season and are reasonably priced, I usually go with fresh fruit.


Blueberry-Smoothie Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces bag of frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons blueberry preserves
  • 7 ice cubes
  • 1-1/2 cups of soy milk

Recipe Instructions:

  1. Combine, blueberries, banana, preserves, ice and soy milk in a cleaned blender. Cover with lid and turn on power. Mix ingredients well until desired smoothie texture is achieved.

Nutritional Facts Per 16 Ounce Serving:

Calories - 300
Carbs - 30 grams
Fat - 3 grams
Protein - 2 grams
