Like most store bought smoothies, this banana fruit smoothie recipe contains a perfect blend of fruits. The strawberries truly complement the taste of bananas making this smoothie recipe a big hit.

Strawberry Banana-Smoothie Recipe

4 strawberries
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1/2 cups apple juice
1/2 cups skim milk

Get ready to fire up the blend. But before you do, go ahead and add strawberries, banana, apple juice and then milk. Cover with lid, and blend well until mixture is smooth.

Serve this health and nutritiously fresh smoothie immediately.
