Elise' Warm Baked Brie & Figs

When I make it for parties I make 3 or 4 of them because they go so quickly! Everyone loves them! I went to a 5 star restaurant and they had a similar recipe, but I added a few ingredients to make it more like a dessert brie! I think you'll love my Warm Baked Brie & Figs! Like I said before, everyone does!

Ingredients:
-One wheel of brie cheese
-4 fresh figs
-2 or 3 table spoons of fig spread
-a sprinkle of brown sugar
-1 tablespoon of crushed walnuts
-filo dough
-1 cup of Milk

Cooking tools:
-1 knife
-Table spoon
-cooking paint brush
-Tin Foil

Cooking time: about 15 minutes

First, slice the brie down the middle so you have two equal sized circles of brie(both pieces should look like the original brie, but slimmer)

Second, wash the figs and cut each fig into quarters.

Third, Open place cut up figs on one half. Then sprinkle brown sugar on top of the figs.

Fourth, spread 3 table spoons of brie on the other half of the brie, then close the brie.

Fifth, brush milk over brie and wrap it in filo dough. Seal it together with more milk.

Sixth, Wrap it in tin foil and put it in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Last but not least, Take it out of the oven and enjoy it by cutting pieces off of it. You may eat it with crackers if disired.
