Abudance Meatloaf

I have been making meatloaf for a long time and throughout the years, going through my grandmothers, mothers, my finance's family's, and my own recipies I came up with what called my abundance meatloaf.

Ingrediants:

2 1/2 pds ground chuck
1/2 C. peeled carrots
2 eggs
1 C. italian bread crumbs
1/2 C sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 C. chopped onions
1pkg liption onion soup mix
4tbs white wine
2 tbs milk
1/4 C parsley
3 tbs chopped garlic
3 strips of bacon

Cooking instructions:

Put your abundnce of ingrediants, except bacon in a large bowl and mix, mix, mix with your hands. Really make sure all the ingrediants are all in the meat and you have one big ball.

Now get out a baking pan and spray with some PAM and place your ball of meat unto the pan, form in the size of bread loaf.

Bake at 400 for 45-50 minutes. When you have 20 minutes to go place bacon ontop and continue to bake for remainder of time.
